Affiliate Disclosure

FTC Disclosure Compliance Rules:

In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) introduced some new rules called Disclosure Compliance. These rules are super important because they make sure that when you’re reading or watching stuff online, like on a blog or website, you know if the person who made it is getting paid by a company to talk about their stuff.

So, if you see someone sharing a link or talking about a product, you should know if they’re making money from it. That way, you can decide for yourself how much you trust what they’re saying. To make things simple, here’s what you should assume about the links and posts you see on our site, in line with the FTC guidelines:

Any/all of the links on https://www.worldpctech.com are affiliate links for which We receive a small compensation from sales of certain items.

What Are Affiliate Links?

When you click on a link on our website, like https://www.worldpctech.com, that takes you to another company’s website where you can buy something, you’re actually buying it directly from that company, not from us at World PC Tech. We’re just helping you find the products you’re interested in by providing these links. Amazon and/or other companies pay World PC Tech a small commission or other compensation for helping to bring customers to their website.

We want to make it crystal clear: whether you buy something through a link we provide that earns us a commission (an affiliate link) or a regular link, the price for you, our reader, stays exactly the same. There’s no difference in price or anything else when you click on one type of link versus the other. So, whether you choose to use an affiliate link or a regular link, you’re getting the same deal. We just want you to have the best experience possible, without any surprises or hidden costs.

At World PC Tech, we use two main kinds of affiliate programs:

1. Amazon Affiliate Links.

https://www.worldpctech.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for website owners to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites, as well as to other websites that may be affiliated with Amazon Service LLC Associates Program.

2. Product Affiliate Links.

When you click on a product link that we recommend and make a purchase, we receive a small percentage of the sale or another form of compensation. This is called affiliate marketing, where we partner with companies to promote their products.

It is important to note that the prices of the products remain the same whether you use our affiliate links or not. You won’t be charged extra for clicking on our links. These links are not “pay per click,” meaning we do not earn money just for you clicking on them; we only earn a commission if you make a purchase.

So, when you support us by using our affiliate links, you are helping us continue to provide valuable content without any extra cost to you. We really appreciate your support! It means a lot to us and helps us keep our website up and running smoothly. Your support allows us to continue providing you with valuable content and resources. Thank you for being a part of our community and supporting our work.

What About Sponsored Content?

We do not write sponsored posts. We want to provide authentic, un-biased information. If a company wants to share sponsored content on World PC Tech, we promise to be completely transparent about it. We will clearly state at the beginning of the post that it’s sponsored.

We want you to trust us, so we only endorse products that we either use ourselves or would confidently suggest to our own family and friends. This means that every recommendation we make comes from a place of genuine belief in its quality and usefulness. We value your trust above all else, and we will always try to maintain it by being honest and upfront about any sponsored content we share.

Your purchase helps support my research efforts. Thank you very, very much! We appreciate you!
